The Intensive Collective welcomes dancers from all backgrounds: studio dancers, independent artists, emerging professionals, and anyone seeking a space to grow, connect, and be inspired. This is a community rooted in encouragement, creativity, and real human connection. This a space where dancers feel seen. A place where personal growth matters just as much as technical training.
In an industry that can often feel competitive, overwhelming, and comparison driven, The Intensive Collective exists to create something different.
Our MISSION.
Our mission is to help dancers discover their voice, trust their instincts, build confidence, and step more fully into who they are, both inside and outside of the studio. Through transformative training, meaningful mentorship, and honest industry insight, we’re creating experiences that empower dancers to grow not only as artists, but as people.
We’re not interested in creating “just another convention weekend.”
We’re building a collective.
A movement.
A community where dancers feel inspired to take risks, support one another, and realize their potential without losing themselves in the process.
Our EVENTS.
The Intensive events are the entry point into the Collective experience.
Through immersive weekends in Chicago and Pittsburgh, dancers train with top industry professionals in intentionally capped class settings designed to foster growth, connection, and individualized attention.
But beyond the classes, these weekends are about energy, belonging, inspiration, and community.
It’s where dancers meet people who understand them.
It’s where confidence grows.
It’s where friendships form.
It’s where the spark begins, or reignites.
The MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS.
For dancers seeking deeper connection, guidance, and growth, The Intensive Collective Mentorship Programs expand the experience far beyond the event weekends. Through ongoing mentorship, live conversations with industry professionals, goal setting, mindset development, accountability, and community support, dancers receive tools to help them navigate both the entertainment industry and personal growth with greater confidence and clarity.
Success is not one size fits all, and no dancer should feel like they have to figure it all out alone.
