Industry Track is a six-month career development and community experience created for dancers ages 18–25 who want honest conversations, real-world tools, and current industry insight from professionals actively doing the work.

The years between 13 and 16 are some of the most important in a dancer’s journey.
Our Protégé Prep Program helps dancers strengthen their confidence, accountability, mindset, and artistic development while learning how to navigate training and opportunities with greater intention.
Members begin building the habits, relationships, and self-awareness that will support them both inside and outside the studio.

Our Youth Apprentice Program is the foundation of the Collective experience.
Designed for dancers ages 10-12, this program helps young artists build confidence, healthy habits, meaningful friendships, and a strong sense of belonging.
Through mentorship, creativity, accountability, and community, dancers begin developing the tools they’ll use throughout their journey both as performers and as people.
